WHOLESOME VIETNAMESE STREET FOOD
Spend 3 hours with us, or an experienced chef, while you learn to cook like the street vendors in Vietnam.
PHO
The Koreans have mastered the art of pickling vegetables using fermentation. Not only does fermenting food limit waste, but eating it improves gut health. Kimchi is mainly served as a side dish with every meal but can also be a main dish. During your class, we will teach you and your guests the principles of fermentation, as well as how to prepare kimchi using cabbage, salt and Korean chilli powder.
BANH CUON
Banh Cuon is steamed rice rolls - a light dish that is served for breakfast. We will show you how to create thin and delicate rice sheets and a creamy and wholesome filling using seasonal vegetables and mushrooms. The dipping sauce can be either soya or fish base depending on your preference.
GOI CUON
The class will finish with another prevalent Vietnamese dish – goi cuon. You will learn how to prepare the rice sheets, roll them perfectly and make them so tasty that your guests will ask for more. Your dish will be accompanied by two full-bodied dipping sauces using soy or fish sauce, or even peanut butter.
AUTHENTIC NATURAL KOREAN CUISINE
Learn how to prepare three of Korea's most popular dishes in an authentic three-hour cooking experience.
