"The vegan cooking class was a fantastic event for the whole team. It was a socially charged atmosphere that brought everyone together through Asian cuisine. We had a lot of fun making the gyozas and learned a lot about the Asian food culture as well as the techniques involved in the cooking. It was such a positive surprise to have learned a lot while enjoying the delicious food!

"At the Collective we developed a new cooking series to connect our members to their city celebrating tradition, culture, and community through food. It was a particular highlight when 9kitchens agreed to be part of our food series, taking our members on a journey to China to sample food from experienced chefs living in London to help us celebrate Chinese New Year. Kieu-My's plant-based cuisines are extremely delicious, well-prepared, and made with love! We only had 16 places available and over 100 members RSVP'd which I think is a testament to the high-quality menu offering executed by Kieu-My and her team. The event was extremely memorable for our community and we cannot wait to work with Kieu-My again to create something special for our members. This is an experience that we hope everyone can participate in because the food is unforgettable and the memories you create will last a lifetime!"

"The methodical and patient way in which Christina took us through the class really shone through and allowed for cooks of all levels within our class to create something truly delicious. It must be said too, that this wouldn't have been possible without the time taken beforehand by Kieu-My and Christina to truly craft the best session possible (made more difficult by its need to be held virtually). They both sat down with me twice beforehand to understand the logistics of ingredients (based on where our group lived and what they had access to), people's dietary requirements, and also how to work within our time constraints. It truly was a very well-run and thought out session, and I'd absolutely organise a session through 9kitchens again."
