Service Description
Hi everyone Let's make Dim Sum together! BOM Wholesome Food is organising a cooking session to learn how to make one particular Dim Sum, Cheung Fun. What are they? They are the popular steamed noodle rolls that we love ordering when eating dim sum at a Cantonese restaurant. Together, we will prepare a plant-based version. In this session: > We will prepare our own rice wrappers and learn the secrets of making them soft and delicate > We will make a plant-based filling and will prepare the sauce that makes them so delicious. The idea: Let's cook together, it will more fun than just watching us! > List of ingredients will be shared at least 5 days before > We will tell you what should be ready before the start of the cooking session > The session should be 1.5 hours max including making own wrapper Your instructor: Christina Ng (East Meets Kitchen), who masters the Chinese cooking techniques, will lead you for that class. The pricing: Cooking on Zoom is not the same experience and can be challenging. £18 for the session which can include the whole family if you want to). I will send the zoom link to the attendees just before the class. Many thanks and looking forward to seeing you. Kieumy
