- BANH CUON (Steamed Rice Rolls) Come and join me to prepare a delicate dish that has been so popuilar among my students. It is a light dish that is generally eaten for breakfast everywhere in Vietnam. We will create thin and delicate rice sheets and will prepare a seasonal and healthy filling using seasonal vegetables and mushrooms. The dipping sauce can be either soya or fish base depending on your requirements and taste. - GOI CUON (Summer Rolls) One of the most famous Vietnamese dishes and one of the healthiest! Learn how to prepare the iconic summer rolls. It is a Vietnamese dish that consists of meat or prawns, vegetables, thin rice noodles, and other ingredients all wrapped in a Vietnamese bánh tráng (rice paper wrapper). It is a refreshing appetizer that you can customise to your liking. During the class, you will learn how to prepare the filling, roll them perfectly and you will learn how to perfect them and make them visually very appealing.
