By using 9 Kitchens, you are supporting our aim to provide training for people who have faced challenging barriers, and are seeking to enter the workforce via the catering and hospitality sector.

The majority of our training staff are refugees who are focused on rebuilding their lives - combining a mixture of study, training and work. Equally, many mothers of migrant background face challenges in finding employment due to childcare limitations, lack of qualifications, and discrimination. Economic empowerment plays a significant role in achieving Sustainable Development Goals since it has a multiplier effect on their lives, and those of their children, families and communities.​
We create that link between people who face employment barriers and want to work, and clients who want to eat sustainably.
