Many migrant women are facing challenges in accessing foreign labour markets as many do not have formal qualifications, are not proficient in English, have to look after their young children and cannot afford childcare or are just subject to discrimination. 

 

We create that link between women who face these barriers and want to work, and with clients who want to eat sustainably.
